1. Delivery, Installation, Replacement

1.1 The customer must provide the original invoice upon receipt, exchange, return, and maintenance.

1.2 The customer has the right to replace the contents of his invoice within 7 days from the date of purchase or to take a voucher for the value of the invoice to be used at any time.

1.3 The customer is entitled to a refund of his bill within 24 hours from the date of purchase, provided that it is in its original packaging, original condition, unused and unpacked.

1.4 No refund or replacement of the sold items shall be accepted at discount prices (more than 40%) or the last piece of the offer.

1.5 Mattresses, towels, bed linen and pillows cannot be replaced or restored for health reasons.

1.6 The customer bears the risk of receiving the contents of his bill. If delivered directly to the warehouse or exhibition, the company shall not be responsible for any damage, damage or shortage that may occur to the contents of the invoice after the customer receives it.

1.7 The Client shall notify the Company at least (24) hours in advance, in case he wishes to modify the delivery date.

1.8 If the customer does not receive the contents of the invoice within (30) days from the date of issue, the invoice will be automatically canceled.

1.9 The Company is not responsible for the availability of goods if the full amount of the invoice has not been paid within 5 days from the date of payment of the deposit, the reservation is automatically canceled.

1.10 In the event that the Customer receives the contents of the Invoice and leaves it without installation, the Company shall not be liable for any damage, damage or deficiencies in respect of the contents of the Invoice during the period of leaving it without installation, and shall not be responsible for the subsequent installation of the contents of the Invoice.

1.11 In the event of a cash refund, the return shall be made on the account paid by him or by a check in the name mentioned in the invoice.

1.12 Invoices paid by check shall not be considered paid until the value of the check is collected at the company's bank account and the goods cannot be delivered before that.

1.13 The invoice will be refunded according to the cash payment method, the account or the check.

1.14 In case of refunds of bills paid by credit card, the commission of the bank will be deducted from the refunded bill.

1.15 Delivery is free within Muscat city only and additional charges will be charged for delivery to other governorates outside Muscat.

2. Warranty & maintenance services

2.1 To obtain the service, the customer must provide the original invoice for purchase.

2.2 The warranty includes manufacturer's defect only and not misuse.

2.3 The Company undertakes to provide a two-year warranty service whenever possible for all items delivered to the Customer and installed by the Company.

2.4 The warranty does not cover parts sold with 50% discount and above.
